I have represented SEA at NEA and FEA for several years. My experience has allowed me to submit new business items, speak on the floor, and mentor new attendees on the process of achieving action in these forums. I look forward to your supportive vote so that I can be able to continue to represent our members.
I have attended NEA as a visitor and as a delegate over the last couple of years. The process has changed dramatically since 2020. It is more difficult to have our voice heard, both literally and figuratively, especially at NEA. I look forward to having your vote to continue to help our voice be heard.
I am asking for your vote for the office of President of SEA. My experience and commitment these last 9 years have proven my dedication. I understand the needs of our union, our fiduciary responsibilities, membership recruitment, bargaining, representation, and lobbying for teachers at the state level. Our members deserve only the best from our district, and I will never tire in my fight to get it!
