Mr. Richardson is the Executive Director of Seminole UniServ. After 12 years of military service, Chardo relocated to Florida where he obtained a Juris Doctorate. As Executive Director, Chardo is the chief negotiator for the local unions, responsible for the day-to-day business and staff operations, and professional liaison and representative to SCPS. A servant and leader by nature, he is committed to the improvement of our public-school system and the cultivation of future change leaders.
The office is closed on federal holidays and district breaks.
I am a 30 year retired teacher. Have been a Union member/leader all 30 years. I have served as SEA President for 6 years. My transition to UniServ Director has been most successful due to my varied experiences both in and out of our district.
Jason has worked in the financial industry for six years. He is currently employed at UPS for the past 21 years and has been with Seminole UniServ since June 2018. He is striving to build on his knowledge to assist in strengthening the entire organization.
I was a Paraprofessional for 2 years at Altamonte Elementary. In 2015 I was hired by Seminole UniServ temporarily to help with the summer workload. Shortly after I was hired as the fulltime secretary. Ever since I have been working diligently to help improve our office processes and assist members while attending Valencia College to get my associates in Business Management. I am now working on my bachelors at UCF.
We offer a range of professional services and support to members of each of the four local unions. Our primary areas of focus and expertise are; contract enforcement and interpretation, member representation, and collective bargaining. UniServ staff members are committed to excellence and ready to serve members.
Experienced management professional in employee relations, personnel management, and business development. Expertise in strategic planning, human resources management, labor law compliance. He is a practicing Psychotherapist/Counselor. Former AHCA, agency for health care administration and Joint Commission accreditation surveyor. Cultural Diversity in the workplace in-services expertise. Mitigation skills in the area of mediation, grievances and complaints in the workplace.
