The Seminole UniServ is an umbrella organization which represents the four local associations in the Seminole County Public School system: SEA, NIPSCO, SECA, and the SCSBDA. Its purpose is to provide members and local associations with the professional staff and necessary support services to implement, improve, and coordinate programs of the Seminole UniServ and its local associations.

I have been an employee of Seminole County Public Schools for 17 years. Service to our students and faculty is the most important thing to my employment. The same passion that I have for my job I will show to you as President of NIPSCO and your Chairperson of Seminole UniServ. Our members are our bloodline. They are the most important entity of our organizations. My purpose is to produce results and to push our members to be a stronger and more unified union.

The Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County (NIPSCO) represents the maintenance, custodial, and food service employees in Seminole County Public Schools. NIPSCO is the recognized bargaining agent for these groups of non-instructional staff. NIPSCO elects a Board of Directors representative of each of the job classifications. The NIPSCO Board meets monthly at the Seminole UniServ Office. Membership meetings are held when the Board determines on an as needed basis. The NIPSCO bargaining unit includes Custodians, Food Service Workers, Maintenance Employees, Bus Mechanics, etc. Feel free to contact the Seminole UniServ Office for more information.
I am employed by SCPS at Goldsboro Elementary with 19 years of service, as a Custodian, and previously also worked in the Extended Day Program at Goldsboro.
I am currently serving as Vice President of NIPSCO, and Building Rep. at Goldsboro. I previously served as Secretary and Board Member of NIPSCO.
Bruce Washington is the Secretary and Treasurer of NIPSCO. Mr. Washington is a 31 year employee of Seminole County Public Schools and has belonged to our Union for 29 of those years. Bruce has served as president of NIPSCO for three terms. Bruce is also on NIPSCO’s Bargaining and Insurance Committees.
