The Seminole UniServ is an umbrella organization which represents the four local associations in the Seminole County Public School system: SEA, NIPSCO, SECA, and the SCSBDA.  Its purpose is to provide members and local associations with the professional staff and necessary support services to implement, improve, and coordinate programs of the Seminole UniServ and its local associations.

SECA's Mission Statement states we have a responsibility of serving in our communities and encouraging each other to exercise their rights through political actions.  Whether by speaking during school board meetings, lobbying in Tallahassee, or volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, I have a proven record of dedication and hard work.  Today, I step up and ask for your vote for President of SECA.  Let's roll out a new beginning for SECA together!

Rosie Guerrido has been an SCPS employee/union member since 1997.  She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration/supervision. She is a strong advocate for all Educational Support Professionals at the local, state and national levels. She graduated from the NEA Leaders for Tomorrow and is an AFT trainer. She advocated for raises, COLAs as well as, financial classes.  She championed for the constant contact email system ensuring all members receive important communications from our union.
